Charles River Community Health’s (CRCH) mission is to improve the health and well-being of the communities of Allston, Brighton, Waltham and surrounding areas by providing quality, comprehensive, coordinated care that is patient-centered, family friendly, and community focused. We value caring for everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion, reducing cultural, financial and other barriers to care, and eliminating health care disparities for our patients.

CRCH is the only full-service federally qualified health center in Allston-Brighton and Waltham, serving 12,400 patients through 62,000 visits a year. Our health centers offer medical, dental, behavioral health services, vision services, on-site pharmacy and selected specialties. Forty-nine percent of CRCH’s patient base are Medicaid recipients and 42% are uninsured; and 59% of our patients require service delivery in a language other than English. As a Patient-Centered Medical Home, we connect patients with a comprehensive range of services and provide continuity of care to meet their changing needs.
